The MD is responsible for day-to-day operations, and presents proposals for strategy, goals, actions and financial statements, as well as important investments. Omotayo is our Vice President and Managing Director.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the corporate improvement programme and for driving operational efficiency across Equinor’s eight business areas. The COO also plays a key role in the further development of Equinor. The role of the COO organisation is to drive consistent long term safe and efficient operational performance and value creation.

Adetokunbo is a senior-level supply chain practitioner with over seven years of experience in various critical sectors of the African economy. He has extensive background and proven competencies in managing all phases of procurement and ensuring a continuous supply of organisational requirements through effective strategies.
Adetokunbo has a distinguished career with a record in enhancing performance through the development and execution of strategies aimed at value-for-money, transparency, and upholding the highest level of integrity. Demonstrated success in negotiating favorable contracts, leading and managing teams, employing best procurement practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness, international sourcing, category and supplier management, procurement policies development and implementation, and inventory management.
He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and University of Botswana where he holds a B.Sc in Mass Communication and MPA in Public Policy and Administration respectively.
Olamide she is a graduate of the University of Ibadan where she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Language Arts.
The general manager is the corporate controller with responsibility for the corporate administration functions. In addition, the GM Admin organisation manages the market perception of Equinor in Norwegian and international financial markets through active stakeholder management. The CAO drives performance within Equinor and provides professional support and advice.
